2. Products The products offered are cosmetics intended for skin care and maintenance. Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only. ⚠️ Important: These products are not medical devices and do not replace medical advice. A skin patch test is recommended before use. In case of any reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

3. Orders Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Munco reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute or suspicion of fraud.

4. Prices Prices are listed in euros (€). Munco reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

5. Payment Payments are secured via Shopify Payments. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

6. Delivery Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of ordering. ⏱️ Estimated timeframes: Between 2 and 7 business days (subject to change if needed) Munco cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. ⚠️ Important exception (cosmetics): For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

8. Returns and Refunds Returns must be made in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

9. Liability Munco shall not be held liable for improper use of its products.
