RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment
At Munco, we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your order.
If this is not the case, here’s how we can help.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in perfect condition
⚠️ Legal exception:
In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened cosmetic products for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refunds
If your withdrawal request is valid, we will issue a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
What we will do:
- Replace the product at no additional cost
- Send a new product free of charge
- Or issue a full refund if the product is unavailable
Please include:
- A photo of the product
- Your order number
5. Incorrect Orders (Our Fault)
If we shipped the wrong item, we will:
- Cover return costs
- Send the correct product at no extra charge
6. Non-Returnable Cases
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Returns sent without prior approval
- Returns requested after 14 days
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Individual skin reactions (cosmetic products may react differently depending on skin type; we recommend performing a patch test before use)
7. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us

- Your name and order number
- Reason for your request
- Photos (if applicable)
Step 2 — Wait for Confirmation
We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions if your request is approved.
Step 3 — Return the Product
Send the product back in its original packaging to the address provided in our confirmation email.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless:
- the product is defective
- or the error is ours
